Shaking Truck

I drive a 1997 Chevy Cheyenne Single Cab 4.3 2 wheel drive.

When i stop at a stop sign and let it sit for 5 - 10 seconds my truck begins to shake and the sound of the exhaust changes as if it might die.

Do You Have Any Idea What This Might Be?

Could be a number of thing's, but I'd check the EGR valve first.

Well I Was Told Many Things It Could Be.

Spark Plugs

Fuel Filter

And Stuff Like That May Cause It.

 

Im Going To Get A Tune Up And See If That Fixes It.

That's a good place to start. New plug's and wires, and dist cap and rotor.
