Your truck is identical to the one I traded about 6 months ago. It is a nice truck, and there are a lot of features that I like in that one over the one I have now. Welcome to the forum.

Very nice, man! I got my first Z71 around 17, and I had a great time through high school in college with mine!

Enjoy and keep us posted on anything you do to it!

Welcome, and good lookin truck. :tumbleweed:

I'd stay away from the RC leveling kit though, all it is, is a set of re-indexed torsion keys that let you crank the hell out of your torsion bars. The highest you can safely go without wearing out suspension components prematurely is about 1.5". Any higher than that, and you'll risk failure of parts like inner and outer tie rod ends, upper and lower ball joints, pitman, and idler arms. Not to mention your ride will go to hell, since your upper control arm will be bottoming out on the droop stops every time your suspension droops. If you want some extra height up front, I'd just crank the stock keys about an inch and a half. Your ride will stiffen up some, but you won't run into the issues like with the re-indexed keys.

You'll also have a hell of a time fitting 315s on a stock truck, unless you do a lot of trimming. Not to mention they are too wide to run on the stock wheels (you need at least an 8" wide wheel for 315s).
