So today my dad went and got a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 with 60,000 KM on it. It's fully loaded (leather, sunroof, etc).

Aftermarket dual flowmaster exhaust, aftermarket hood with hood scoops, new front bumper, LEER tonneau cover, running boards, k&n intake, black mesh grill, and mudflaps (going to take them off).

and yes, it has a HEMI!

:D J/K Looks like a nice truck

Congrats. Can't say I like the look of the truck, (I think the hood, tonneau, running boards and taillight covers all look like dookie), but congrats.

Oh and those wheels have always made me want to puke. A guy that used to live down the street had them, and they are just really awkward looking.

Congrats on the purchase. You'll have to know how it compares to your Chevy. Maybe it'll make you appreciate your truck more... :D

Nice truck ! I like the little flag. Did you testdrive it yet? How does it compare to your Silvy?

I drove it for 5 minutes just around the neighborhood. The engine certainly feels more powerful, but that's because of the nannies my truck has I think. Ride wasn't too bad either. The exhaust does sound bad ass compared to my magnaflow.

Nice truck, I'm sure he will be happy with it. I just traded my 2003 Ram for a 2008 Sierra. I'd still be driving it if I didn't want 4x4 and side curtain air bags. It was probably the most trouble free vehicle I've owned. It had a hell of a lot more seat of the pants power than the 08 Sierra I bought but it also averaged 2 or more MPG less than my current truck. I'd have bought another dodge but for 2 reasons. One, I didn't care for the new look and rear suspension and two, most important I wasn't and still am not sure Chrysler will survive its problems. Rick

GTFO! j/k, I haven't owned a Chrysler product since the 70's. I've never owned anything but a Chevy truck though. :D

That's freakin sweet!

It's for sale in Texas right now.  I want it so badly.  All I would do to that is tint the front windows, take off the toolbox for a single black stack, and drive it.
