I've got one also, like it a lot, easy on the knees when you got to crawl back and get something. Bought mine at the same place I bought the top, could have gotten a little cheaper if I bought it online, but they installed it for free with the top. Saw a JC Witney catalog and they had it listed for $329 with free shipping.

I've got one on mine. Love it much. Just click the first pic link on my sig. I think it is 3rd or 4th pic in the album. I believe the cheapest I have seen it for is $289. It is well worth the money IMHO.

I've never heard of Checkmate liners before. I have seen the "SteelHorse" carpeted liner before and it doesn't even compare to the BedRug. The BedRug is by far the nicest carpeted liner on the market in my opinion.

At first blush, the checkmate one looks like a rubber bedmat with carpet on. Of course there are less expensive alternatives to bedrugs such as Steel horse (around $199). Other alternative is to get bulk indoor outdoor carpet and cust to size and velcro or glue in place.

I have a Bedrug installed in my 2000 F-150 FLaRESiDE and I love it. Very well made, cleans up very easy with a vacuum or a rug machine at the local car wash if it gets real dirty. It’s completely waterproof and very stain resistant. Impervious to oil and gas.

I like it because it is also foamed backed marine grade carpeting that is custom molded to your bed. The fit and finish is very nice. Because of the foam backing it will not scratch your bed. It also holds most items in place. I can't think of anything that I have placed in the back that has moved. When I open my tailgate it is in the same place I originally put it. I get allot of compliments on it.
