Intake Manifold Gasket-how Safe To Drive

I have a 2001 Chevy Suburan 4.3L and apparently I need a new intake manifold gasket. How safe is it to drive before burning out O2 sensor or catalytic converter? I think the GM tech said I have codes P0171 from Lean Bank 1 and P0174 lean Bank 2 System 700 lean? or something along those lines, I wrote it down at the time Quick Kar read the code but can' read my chicken scratch beyond the P0171 and P0174. It was two weeks ago that Quick KAr read the codes, but GM confirmed them today on their Tech 2 scanner....and $200 later!

  I bought my Yukon used and there is no RPO code list on either the door jamb or the glove box. I need brake lines and am unsure about which kit I need. I have ABS, but the other one, active brake control, I am unsure of. Is there anyway I can get a build sheet for my Yukon?

  Clearances haven’t changed in decades and looking at the oil spec of our same engines in other countries pretty much gives that argument up anyway. But yes, people still try. Regardless, GM and all other automakers always knew the real risk is not with viscosity too high, but too low. They still played the game and finally have to admit defeat on this round. Unfortunately they gave the DEXOS license to the M1 AFE 0w30, and not the much stouter ESP version which has a 3.5 HTHS. But hey, if a guy wanted to ignore DEXOS but still stay relatively “warranty safe” the ESP 0w30 is still API and seems to be a decent option. Certainly puts owners in a better spot than in the previous gen trucks where nothing API 0w20 would ever actually work. 🤣

  You should be able to go into the vehicle settings in the infotainment center to access the wifi network. You should be able to change the password there. Camera views are seen on the infotainment screen. Depends on the truck's technology package. You may just have the reverse camera view. Did your truck come with an owner's manual? You can always look it up online at mygmc.com

  The code has changed slightly so the steps for changing line 151 isn’t correct anymore. With every uodate from the developer, it changes so i will dm you.
