Some things just defy description. I saw this car today in Austin TX (known for eccentric people) and I could not resist showing it to you guys... as bizarre as it was, it was somehow cool. I only had my Canon point and shoot so the pics aren't superb, but you'll get the idea.

The car is a 1962 Cadillac Convertible (slightly modified)

 

And yes, Texas has it's share of eccentric people. It's a crazy place!
