Heater Fan

i have 1999 1500 silverado 4x4.hte heater fan seems to work fine,at least i can hear it.the problem is that the air isnt coming into the cab.no air at defrost,mid or floor.ive read my chilton and haynes books with no luck.can someone please give me a direction to go.im kinda lost.

You should be getting air out somewhere if the blower is working. Make sure the intake under the cowl panel isn't blocked somehow... If that fan is running air is gonna go somewhere if it can get in the intake.

thanks for your time.im feeling kinda dumb now though.i just didnt know that i had a cabin air filter,i juat assumed it was something worse.thank again
