I have a 2005 GMCSierra 1500 with the 5.3 84,000mi and I got a fault code for a bad O2sensor so I was told. So I replaced it and when I took it out itrattled inside so I figured this would fix my issue. Now I am gettingcodes 131 O2 sensor Low volts bank 1 sensor1 and 171 System to leanbank 1 and 300 Random/Multiple cyl misfire and I also get all threecodes as pending codes as well.

Had these codes and was told to replace the intake gaskets.Had thelower Intake gaskets replaced and I still have the same fault codes. Sofar what has been done is: Plugs,wires,O2 sensor,Intake gaskets. Idrove it last night for half an hour and it ran fine with no codes, nowthis morning the enginelight starts flashing at me after 10 minutes and gives me all threecodes again. The plenum was not warped. What's the deal with this truck?

The low voltage may be a sign of a corroded connector or there is a short occuring somwhere. The short can be on the wiring to the sensor or it could be occuring at the PCM.

Once this has been corrected the lean and misfire codes should go away too.

So this can cause the other codes?
