4.3 Vortec Interchanges

Hi, my name is kevin. this is my 1st. post. I have a wrecked '95 S10 blazer 4x4 & a good '97gmc 1500 4x4 with a bad motor. my question is, are these engines interchangeable? i intend 2 put the intake, fuel inj., & sensors original 2 the 1500 on the motor from the s10 before i put it into the 1500. will i run into any other differences?

yes the motors are interchangable. the motor im working on was first out of a 97 s10 before it replaced my original 4.3. there were only a couple things that had to be swapped out like the upper intake hose filler couple sensors but nothing major.
