2006 Sierra Denali Nav - Aftermarket/stock?

So I've been bouncing around with the whole NAV thing....

I want to keep the steering wheel functions, and the SIRIUS radio that I replaced the stock XM with. My question to you is WHICH would be better? Stock or Aftermarket Nav.

Ive been looking at the AVIC-F900BT and the 15800001, (which I think I need, correct me if I'm wrong - 2006 Sierra Denali, BOSE system, 6 disk CD changer below with the tape above.)

Which would be best/cost effective to get? Installation ease is a deciding factor as well.

Sounds like the AVIC needs 10 different cables but does have more functionality and I can pick one up on ebay for the same price as the stock unit.

The stock one is plug n play but doesnt have an AUX/iPOD/Rear Camera connection?

Am I missing anything? Anyone with some advice throw it out there.

Thanks guys

The aftermarket headunit will be very pricey after all the needed adapters (Bose, steering wheel controls, Sirius) but will be much, much, much better in every way.

You say much much much better like the Stock Nav wouldnt even be worth the $500-$600. Does the stock system play DVD's? I've read it needs to be "unlocked", is that as simple as driving up to a dealer or making an appt to have them unlock it? I would much rather keep the stock look, along with having pretty much the same functionalities for a fraction of the price.

I love the AVIC F90BT and wouldnt have gone any other way. plays DVDs on the fly, ipod, usb, sd card, nav, xm/sirus, hd radio, msndirect, rearview camera, Bluetooth, and full 4v outputs for amps. Looks just as good if not better then stock. Backup Camera being shipped...
