I Hate...

This stinking AFM crap is really P...ing me off. I had to take my truck to the tire shop to have a nail pulled out of it that was causing a slow leak. I don't think I ever had a flat in my GMT400 and what's the difference? Yep, AFM.

AFM helps fuel mileage! Yeah right, lets see you drive around with 15lbs of air in your tire and get good mileage.

Sorry, I just had to rant. I am really considering going back to a GMT400 or 800 just to save my tires.

Sorry Guys! My clients haven't shown up yet and I am bored. I just figured my flat tire had to be GM's fault and not mine. :rollin::crackup:

Yes, there is.

If you had your truck in T/H mode while running 91 octane or higher and you had the radio anywhere between 89.7 and 93.5MHz it is likely that you have opened a wormhole to what sounds like a job site of some kind and that's where you picked up your nail. GM knew about this but did not document it to avoid legal culpability. It was obviously cheaper for them to ignore it than fix it. I know a guy who knows a guy, that's how I know.

Oh, and if you're that bored, I have a black lab with a slight limp in her back left leg. Would you mind taking a look?

Has she been in your truck? Because I hear that the vibration from AFM can cause hair loss, lacerations to inner portion of the knee and blown ACL's.

If you have notices any of this, she probably needs to be seen immediately.

Crap...92.5 is my favorite station, I run 93 octane and I have towed my trailer.

Of course it was GM's fault.

We all know that.

The AFM obviously uses electronics to control itself.

Electricity flowing thru a wire can create an ELECTROMAGNET.

Electromagnets can of course attract steel...like nails and screws.

In the careless assembly of your trucks wiring harness by indifferent, inattentive, drunk, union workers...it has created an ELECTROMAGNETIC VORTEX, like an invisible tornado, extending from the front, or maybe the side, of your truck, that is now attracting steel nails.

Since the hood is closed, they can not go all the way to the wiring harness, and when the impact on the front or side of the truck, they drop to the ground and the tires run over them. :rollin:

Here is another thing to think about....If you have little chips in the paint around the front of the truck, that is GM's fault too. Don't believe the stuff and rocks and road debris.

The little paint chips are really caused by the nails and screws that are attracted by the ELECTROMAGNETIC VORTEX, created by the AFM wiring, not by small rocks and road debris. That is just a cover story that GM has been promoting for years to shield themselves from class action lawsuits relating to the ELECTROMAGNETIC VORTEX that the wiring creates.

According to the GM Engineer that my cousins, friend's, father-inlaw's, daughters neighbor talked to...the only way to prevent it, is to entirely cover the front of your truck in TINFOIL.:lol::D

At least that is the way I see it after 8 cups of coffee this morning.

You guys are up waay too early on a Saturday. How do I know this? Because I am too. I hate working on saturdays.

Good call on the AFM though. Electromagnets that pick up nails and throw them at you or your tires is no laughing matter. A friend of a friend of my cousin's next door neighbor's brother's uncle once had the same thing happen. But his wasn't a nail, it was a deer that must have had a steel hip replacement, because it flew out of nowhere into his truck.

My Lab has the runs. Is that symtomatic of AFM?

If the Lab has been riding in the truck, it is very possible.

It is common knowledge, that an ELECTROMAGNETIC VORTEX can interfere with digestion.

There is a small amount of iron in your bloodstream and dispersed thru out your body. Any disruption of this can have adverse effects on your digestion.
