I have a 1998 GMC Yukon, 4-wheel drive, 4 door, 350 engine

When the truck is out in the cold it won't start. When you try to start it the engine just turns and turns and turns to eventually the battery will go dead.

Spark - yes

Fuel - yes

fuel pump - good - 62 pounds of pressure

Coil - new

ignition control module - new

Crank sensor - new

Cam sensor - new

Water temp sensor - new

When you bring it in out of the cold, fires right up, runs like a champ!

New finding.....

When this truck is outside in temps below 40 degrees it has NO spark, if you push it into a heated garage, as it warms up it starts to get a weak spark, the warmer it get the stronger the spark is. Stick it back outside, no spark again after it cools down. it will continue to do this as many times as we wanna push it in and out of the garage. After it has started and has ran a while it will continue to restart as long as it isnt allowed to cool down below that 40 degrees.

Also, the computer shows NO codes at all.

Does your vehicle have a Theftlock system? I've recently had starting problems my 02 Sierra at really cold temperatures which I eventually figured out to be the same behaviour as when I disconnect the theftlock resistor in the key cylinder. It was just by chance that I associated the two while installing a new remote starter kit...

It does have a theftlock system. I also have a remote start on it too, the remote start has been on it for quite a while. we are going crazy trying to figure out what the problem is. After being in a garage for 10 minutes at the most, it warms up and starts with no problems what so ever.

I guess you can move south where it's rarely below 40.... j/k!!

This is a perplexing problem...I'll have to ask my local auto mechanic about your situation! :D
