08 Silverado Door Panels

I'm going to replace my door speakers (front and rear) on my 08 Silverado Ex. cab. Anyone have any tips on removing the door panels before I go into it blind? Thanks.

There are 5 screws holding the front panels on. 2 behind the plate located behind the horizontal handle. 1 behind the small plate near the door lever and 2 more behind the vertical handle. Use a fine tipped flat head screw driver to pry the plates off to reveal the screws. Once all screws have been removed, start pulling the panel away working from bottom to top. Use a little extra care around the sail panel clips. Also, you will have to remove the pop-up door lock by popping the center clip on it. After that, just lift the panel up from the window seal. For the rear, pull off the pieces from both sides of the window and follow same order of steps from the front doors and you shouldn't have any problems.
