Oil Drain Plug Magnet

I've got the 6 liter in my 2007 classic. Every time I change the oil I find the oil plug magnet covered with metal fines/flakes. Just enough to cover the magnet. Is this normal? I know the magnet is there for this purpose, but at 35,000 miles shouldn't I start seeing a reduction?

Yeah thats normal just a little bit of fuzz on it.
