Broken Fuel Line

My fuel line broke on the when i was trying to replace my fuel filter.

 

 

how can i fix it

the line complety twisted off . completly broke off

The fuel line.... that is leaveing the filter to go to the engine twiested complety off.

 

 

should i get a fuel line repair kit?? or a hole new fuel line
