4x4 All Terrain Package

Im shopping for an 09 Sierra EXT CAB 4X4 and cant seem to find info on what this package has. If anyone has information to help steer me...I appreciate the assistance.

Anyone know if the brushed-aluminum accents for instrument panel, center console, and switch trim plates can be purchased and installed into a Non-"all Terran" truck console?

I havent been able to find anyplace that sells dash replacement/upgrade parts....

 

(other than the dealer of course)

 

Anyone switched out the stock "wood" look for something else? I like the stainless look of the All Terrain but dont want a lot of the other features. Black would be great too..
