Titan Wheels On Gmt900?

I can get a set of Nissan Titan wheels cheap, but I'm wondering if there are any issues?

They're the 17 wheel with 6 by 5.5 lug pattern. I searched the forum but nada. Any idea of offset or if compatible TPMS will fit?

I'd rather buy used aluminum wheels, but these are essentially free...I'd be paying for the tires and get the rims too because he doesn't feel like dismounting them
