I have oil pooling around the heads and dripping down all over my engine, not too sure how bad the leak is.

How hard is it to change them? I know they're relatively cheap to replace. Also, how long will it take me?

EDIT: I'll try and get pics up ASAP.

If you've never done it, I'd get someone to help, that has. But, it sounds like the rocker cover gasket's are failing, not the head gasket. Get us the pix.

Go to your local auto parts and get an oil dye. It will come in a 4oz bottle, dump it in your oil and drive it for a day or so, you will need a shop lite that takes a screw in bulb and buy a black lite bulb, wal-mart even sells them. Wait until it's dark out and start looking for the source of the leak, the stuff I use shows up a limeish green. I used this years ago on a Plymouth Neon that was known for head gaskets, I use it on the motorcycles I repair and even my skid-steer. They even make this dye for the coolant. I have not done head gaskets in years, I just pulled them off my 65' Fairlane and had them redone, I called a buddy that has built stock car motors to stop bye and walk me through it again. My thought was, you never have enough time to do it right, butt you always have enough time to do it over. Not.

If you can't find the dye I will keep an eye on this thread and get it for you.
