Newbie Needing Help

Hello everyone. I have a 2007 Silverado classic 2WD V6, reg cab, short bed. I had back ordered some Pro Comp 7005 17x8 in November and still can't get them. I settled for the same wheel in 17x9. Now Im trying to figure out what's the largest size I can fit on the truck at stock height? Also how will a 265/70-17 look/fit on a 9" wide wheel?

 

If I choose to put a Leveling kit in the front, what height kit and what brand is best to go with? Whats the average price to pay and where to buy the kit?

Will a 285/70-17 fit on there with the 2" leveling kit?

 

Please let me know if any of you can help. Pics would be greatly appreciated.

I have no decision on brand tires yet either, prefer AT's so give me some reccomendations.
