2005 Sierra Vibration At 45-55

I just recently changed the driver side hub assembly and both callipers but after doing this ive noticed a vibration at around 50mph then quits after 55 and as well as when you slow down.. It does not do this as it is shifting gears so im not thinking trans problems and just had tires balanced and rotated..any ideas?

Double check lug nut torque and tire psi on all four wheels.

Check to see if it is happening at low RPM like 800-1300 i had the same thing and it was an exhaust issue on my silverado they needed to replace some pipe
