Does it come with the locking lower console? If it does will it come with the key for it too?

Yes it is complete unit. Unfortunately it does not come with a key

Are you wanting to replace the regular center console? What is there right now?

This is what i am replacing. My truck is and "LS" trim level. Basicaly some chrome upgrades to the "WT". It was the only ext cab long bed on the lot when I was looking. My list of requirements when I went looking was: 1. Ext Cab 2: Long Bed 3: A/C 4: Cruise Control. The original just has 2 cup holders, open storage on the backrest, and no storage capabilty in the seat!

Missing key isn't that big of a deal. I never lock mine. I am a fan of the storage capacity though and the lower unit is very handy for just that extra bit. Since I have a reg cab there is not much room to put stuff in the cab. I keep truck docs in the lower console along with a first aid kit. Hope you enjoy your new mod!

The ignition key is what locks it, so maybe you can get one of those codeable cylinders and change it out...

After getting out bid at "my" personal limit of $350 without shipping I scored it with a $202.00 plus shipping! I think I bid on at least 8 in the past 6 months. After this I think I am going to save from my "FUN MONEY" account for the fog light upgrade from GM.

I think I'm going the Katskin Black with red stitching leather route... but I need the center to do it right. Mine just has the 2 cupholder and no console setup. Finding well equipped RCSB trucks is hard! I was lucky to get all electrics and a V8.
