A Few Small Mods Over The Weekend

This weekend I installed a new grille, tailgate emblem, and escalade style chrome door handles on the silverado. Also had the front windows tinted and took the front air dam off. I also painted the front bowtie emblem black. Let me know what you think.

 

The grille is a black chrome speed grille. Sorry about the filthy truck, too lazy to wash it.

Thanks, I really want to get the black lower front valence like on the 06's if anyone knows a good place to get one I'd appreciate it. I think the gray one just looks wrong.

I was a little worried about doing mine too, but it's not all that hard. Just sand it down then prime, paint and clear it. Take your time and it will come out nice and you'll save some money too rather than buying a new one.

I am a huge fan of the black bowtie! I did my rear bowtie too and I think it turned out good. But the truck is looking great man!
