Blackbear Tune On 97 Chevy Z71

I have a 1997 Chevy Silverado Z71. It has a cold air intake and dual exhaust. Its got 150,xxx miles on it. Would it be safe to do a tune from blackbear performance? And how much horsepower do you think my truck might have after the tune?
