Bolts!

Well most of you guys would say dealer, but just wondering if anyone knew of a place (or website) that sells good replacement bolts say for the interior/exterior/and or engine. as i mentioned in another post, my truck was stolen, but i recovered it. well a lot of bolts are missing here and there and need to get them. i have gone to junk yards and just did some snatching but there are some that i just cant find (like seat bolts, seat belt bolts, bumper bolts, throttle bolts.. etc) i dont want to sound cheap, but paying $25 for 3 bolts at the dealer is kinda pricey for me, especially when i have to buy a bunch of bolts!!!

depends on the insurance. In some instances, a total loss will not payout for up to 30 days...

well the insurance totalled it out and only offered me 5000 for the truck, so i decided to go ahead and take it , when the insurance showed up to pick up the truck, i asked (just out of curiosity) what the buy back price would be, the adjuster said 3500, so i decided to go ahead and buy it back, so far i only have invested about $300, so i guess you can say i will have my truck back to normal with some add-on (elec fans, underdrive pulley kit, maybe upgrade the upholstery) for almost free (with some elbow grease) i think its going to be well worth it.

Junkyards are the best place for bolts. You can get a bucket of bolts for a few dollars. Seriously. Bolts are of no value to these guys and the labor to remove them is a lot more than they are worth. So if you remove them yourself, you can get them cheap and also the correct type and grade for your truck.

If you want new one, Advance Discount and Auto Zone sell some body bots and specialty fasteners in small packages. Same for NAPA.
