Smaller Fuel Cell at Talladega

I heard last night on Inside WC that NASCAR is mandating a 13 gallon fuel cell for Talladega rather than the normal 22 gallon.

The idea is to keep the cars spread out more.  Supposedly it takes a while for the cars to all get bunched back together after green flag stops.  This will cause the green flags stops to happen more often, not giving them the chance to get bunched up as easily.

We'll see how it works.  Schrader, K. Wallace, and M. Waltrip seemed to think it was at least worth a try.  At least NASCAR is making an effort.
