Are These Noises Normal?

Ok so I have put a couple weeks of driving on my newly acquired 2001 Silverado LT Z71 with only 65K miles. So far I love it to death but I have noticed two noises that I don't know what to make of...

1) Slight valve train "chatter" on cold starts (cold being defined this time of year as about 60 degrees). After a few seconds, the noise is gone. The engine is full of fresh oil (synthetic blend at dealership). The most I have noticed the noise was on a cold start after letting the truck sit all weekend without being started in about 2-3 days.

2) If I go around a turn and punch the gas too hard and cause the rear wheels to spin on wet pavement, the rear differential sometimes makes a couple bangs as the wheels are slipping. I have the G80 posi. I know the posi is supposed to slip, but should there be some noise as it does?

REAR END NOISE IS NORMAL FOR A G80

START UP CLATTER IS ALSO RELATIVELY NORMAL, UNLESS IT DOES IT FOR A LONG TIME, A FEW SECONDS IS NORMAL
