Wagner Brakes, Any Good?

I know it's not a GM, but I figured the brake question is pretty general. I need to put new front pads and rotors on our 03 Altima. I do not need anything high-performance (drilled, slotted, etc.) and just want to get them from the local Autozone, Advance, etc. How do the Wagner Pads and Rotors perform? What about Autozone's Duralast pads/rotors?

Anything I should look out for when changing the pads and rotors on an Altima? Should be pretty straigh forward. Just remove the pads and replace and take off the old rotors and stick the new ones on. No bleeding or adjusting etc.

I have always had good luck with wagner brake parts. In fact thats all I buy. I don't know about the duralast stuff but what ever you do don't buy anything that says made in china.

I changed them last weekend and I can tell a huge difference. They stop faster, have a firmer peddle and are much more quiet. The brakes still squeek a little, but I think that's the rear discs. Gotta change them, but when I do, Wagner's for sure. I'll be putting these on my truck when I need them.
