lbkthree Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 I found what I would call a great deal on 4 35 x 12.5 R 20 Federal M/T tires. They kind of look like a Toyo M/T. Anybody have these tires or had? I am a believer of you pay for what you get but for $1195 shipped, it's worth looking into.

Just by reading the online reviews I could find, it seems decent. I did find a couple of reviews where the sidewalls began to split on the tires early on. I would prob spend a couple hundred more and get a better tire.

They would be worth a try if they were a little cheaper maybe $1000.00.. But for 1200 u can spend a few more bucks and get the good shit.

Most people here probably dont, so if u got 20,000 miles out of them for 2/3s the cost you broke even. The tires are actually supposed to have a long tread life, longer than average tread wear from a harder compound.. so its a risk but it could pay off if they end out not breaking.. I duno...

lbkthree Posted July 6, 2009 Author Posted July 6, 2009 I'm trying to find something before next winter so it's 4 months out. I may just end up coughing the extra coin out. But I'm just doing the research now.
