Gmx-322 Lockpick Users?

Hey,

 

My lockpick quit working, can't view DVDs while driving or even enter addresses,but I still hear the "beeps". Anyone have any problems with theirs or does anyone have any idears?

I had some weird issues with mine. It ended up being the plug on the unit. It worked itself loose.

Haven't had any issues yet. But as suggested above, probably wouldn't hurt to check the connection. Perhaps even just disconnect/reconnect it and try it again. Otherwise I'd give them a call.

I ordered a Lockpick GMX-322 for my 2010 Sierra SLT with the Nav system.

Installation was easy but nothing works, a real waste of $400 (inc shipping).

My truck will not play DVDs at anytime even before lockpick, in park & emergency brake on. Maybe G.M. has changed something?

I've tried the DVD movie in the CD slot and the DVD map slot behind the display but no luck.

I've tried calling their 1-800 number but that does not work. I called the stores in the same Melbourne FL strip plaza to see if they could relay a message but no one there has heard of Coastal Electronics.

I've sent many emails and not one reply so would best advise looking somewhere else for solution.

Does anyone know a phone number for Coastal Electronics?

Does your truck have the rear entertainment system? If it does, the navigation unit will have a DVD emblem on it. If not, your system will not play DVD's without an external dvd player hooked to your auxillary input...
