P0430, But ...

Application: '02 2500HD 8.1/allison/4x4. Yesterday, out of the blue, SES light comes back on. But this is a new one: P0430. This generally indicates a bad cat.

 

But, I just had both cats replaced less than 1k miles ago. The only thing I did was adding Chevron Techron FI cleaner to a full tank of gas. Light came on several hours later. I did this to try and clean up my injectors. I had a bad one replaced (#5) and the tech said the rest were a little dirty, but not terrible.

 

Any idea how the Techron additive could cause this code? Thanks.

Anyone else? I cleared the code and it came right back after about 20 min. of driving. Truck doesn't seem to be running any different.
