Suburban Quad Seating - Pass. Seat Release

2000 NBS Suburban / Yukon XL second row passenger side bucket seat.

 

Does anyone have a photo or diagram of how the cams and cables interface with each other under the plastic cover on the left side seat track of the passenger side second row seat?

 

I am trying to get the seat to tilt/slide forward when the black release lever is pressed. The two cams and three cables under the plastic cover are not interfacing properly.

By now I'm sure you've found out that the plastic material used for the cams is junk. They easily break, and make the seat release inoperable. Weak effort on the part of GM.
