Rear Engine Squeak

I have a 04 silverado with a 5.3l engine. I had it rebuild and not long after that a small squeak started. I checked all the idler pulleys and belts. I even took the belts off and found that the squeak was coming from the rear of the engine. The squeak is only at about 800 to 1500rpm with no load on engine. At a idle it will some times do it. When the engine is cold there is no squeak, only after it has warmered up will it start to squeak. Please if anyone has any ideas please help it is driving me crazy!

had a transam at work do that... it was a bad rocker arm... take a long pry bar or piece of wood.. and listen around the engine to narrom the area down.

Ya did that but did not work well as it is a squeak and not a knock. I took the inspection plug out of the bellhousing and it seems to be coming from in side there. The squeak noize seems the loudest at rear drivers side.

You might check the flex plate bolts...were they properly tightened/torqued? Check to make sure the bolts to the TC are tight,I had issues with them before. You'll have to pull the inspection cover to do this.
