Truck Doesn't Move When I Crank My Wheel All The Way!

When I crank my wheel all the way my truck does not want to move and same with in reverse. I checked the power steering and it is good. The truck is a 2006 Chevy Colorado Z71.

is it in 4 wheel drive? Sounds to me like the drivetrain is binding up

Make sure your tire isn't hitting the frame.
