Removal of window sills 2014 Sierra?

I'm changing my chrome for black window sills. How do I remove old ones?

If you mean the piece that runs on the outside of the window, along the bottom of the door glass, at the lower edge of the glass opening in the door, it should just pop out when window is all the way open. On my 2010 it works that way, open window completely, then pull up on the trim piece. Does not need any tools, or really any force to remove it.
