What trim level is the truck?

I just used the suction cup mount and put it in the top lh corner of the windshield. Good news and bad news -- the sunvisor covers the screen. Good if running at night away, from outside lights, and the idash is too bright. Bad if needing the sunvisor down during the day and wanting to read the idash.

Is that in the Ford Hybrid truck?

Was that on a K2 or T1?

Did you have any success? The trucks bumper in your picture makes me wonder if the camera is correctly 'snapped into place' -- and that left and right aren't sitting the same way. I'm just guessing that they 'snap in' as opposed to using some sort of threaded fasteners, but either way a physical mounting issue. I supposed it could also an issue with how the sensor inside the camera is located rather than the mounting of the camera to the truck. EDIT -- read Transients posts his was an issue with the bezel Curious if yours (Parrish Mooneyham) was the same.

Fwiw, the 'all seasons' will be quieter than 'all terrains', which will be quieter than 'mud terrains'. If you don't need all season or all terrain a 'highway' tire should be even quieter and provide better tire life. I've been a Michelin LTX AT/2 ( there is also a new LTX MS ) https://www.michelin.ca/en/auto/browse-tires/by-category/light-truck But haven't bought in a few years and always interested to hear what is new or what others are having success with.

Imo, the discussion about higher maintenance costs is classic misdirection. They might be a little higher, but are still insignificant compared to the rest of the cost of ownership.

Tow mirrors were not offered by GM on the 2019 1500's. In 2019, the HD's were style the older style body and the older style tow mirrors. In 2020, the HD was updated to the new 'everything'. The new tow mirrors were released and available for 15/25/35. Tow mirror offerings in 2020 depended on trim level. DQS version only available on LTZ and HC DQS NEW! If you sit in the truck and let it idle for 6 minutes (0.1 hours) you'll know for sure. I expect the total to include idling -- but haven't done the 6 minute thing while the hours page was displayed.

Apparently your dealer thinks they know more about the oil that is required than the folks providing the warranty. Oh, wait, maybe it's because they are selling the additive -- and not gonna tell GM about it if there ever is an issue ---- like if an engine starts using oil? OM says: Specification Use full synthetic engine oils that meet the dexos1 specification. Engine oils that have been approved by GM as meeting the dexos1 specification are marked with the dexos1 approved logo. We can debate brands, but as others posted GM currently is using Mobil1 -- and sells mobil 1 on their websites. They also maintain a database of other brands that meet the various dexos specs. https://www.gmdexos.com/index.html OM also says: Engine Oil Additives/Engine Oil Flushes Do not add anything to the oil. The recommended oils meeting the dexos1 specification are all that is needed for good performance and engine protection. Engine oil system flushes are not recommended and could cause engine damage not covered by the vehicle warranty.

Pull out the tow mirrors. Adjust the trailer brake control before getting on the highway. (GM recommends doing the Trailer Gain Adjustment from the 20-25mph range) Put it in tow/haul. Leave transmission in D and let the truck sort it out. Set the cruise. (cruise will also use transmission grade brake and exhaust brake to limit speed on downgrades) Enjoy the trip

The order guide shows that for 2022.5, both regular and ultimate versions of Denali get the same z45 suspension. Z45 Denali Premium Suspension with Adaptive Ride Control 2021 and 2022 Limited have the same rpo code and description.

Plug in a phone and use googlemaps on AA or CP? Did you import it from NA or did a european division of GM do that

Gauge is also trying to act as a range estimator. Like the estimator for fuel range, it depends on 'recent' rate of consumption. Yes, it annoys everyone.

That's definitely not normal. Issue with the fancy coolant distribution valve perhaps? Is it a service advisor you're talking to, or have you escalated up the chain? Back of the OM has the steps GM suggests for 'escalation'. Be pleasant, keep records. Fwiw, my LM2 is just over 16,000 miles. I've only added a little to mine. It's not on ignore, I do check from time to time. It does the thing where the gauge runs a little higher before the distribution valve settles in. It's never 'blown coolant'. Probably get more reads/responses in the sierra/silverado troubleshooting section or engines section instead of here in 'future speculation'

I have no idea how much the supercruise option is on the regular denali, but there is a lot of stuff that is standard on ultimate that is extra on the regular or not available on the regular denali. - 12 speaker bose - std on utimate and at4x, not available on at4 or denali, they get a 7 speaker version - Adaptive cruise - supercruise - HUD - regular get spray-in liner std, ultimate gets carbonpro box - power steps - multipro audio (kicker) - 22's instead of 20's - wheel locks - 16 way seat with power massage (not available on regular) - sunroof - trailer pressure sensors - enhanced emergency braking - 6.2L std on ultimate, 5.3 std on regular, 3.0 L is available on both, L3B is not available on either And of course the vader grey chrome is only on the ultimate. So lots more than just supercruise included in the ultimate msrp. One downside (deal breaker for me) is that ultimate is not available with a 'standard' length box. All the composite boxes are 'shortbox' size. It's also not available in 2wd for those that prefer not to have a 4wd.

I didn't look up the 2022 Denali LTD 'base' msrp. Before for 2021 and 2022 LTD, 'ultimate' was an option package on the denali trim. For refreshed it is a separate trim level -- and has exterior differences compared to the 'regular' denali. There is a long list of things that are standard on refreshed trucks (all trims) that were optional before, and not even available on some trims.
