P3196 - Low Temperature Coolant Pump Speed Performance Indicates pump speed performance problem. One failure mode for when pump commanded speed = 0 and another for when pump speed commanded >0 I'm a little surprised Onstar wouldn't/couldn't give the info. Wasn't this code, but they read the info and followed up with the info in an email when mine had a CEL. Maybe just a sensor/harness issue? Device or wiring in circuit that powers the on pump? Curious what they find.

Must have been Denali. Denali is available in white frost, but not summit white. Quicksilver, cardinal red and brownstone are also not available on Denali. Hunter Metallic is a Denali only colour.

Brightness setting (on the HUD adjustment switches, not the dash brightness) was my first guess too. If that's not it, on a 600 mile vehicle, my next guess would be a connector to completely snapped together. Presumable you're gonna take it in. Curious to hear what it turns out to be.

Onyx black is the only colour that is not an upcharge from GM Canada. Most are $495, Cayenne Red Tintcoat is $595, White Frost Tricoat is $1095

I was able to use the configurator to build crew cab Texas Edition in several colours. (didn't try them all) The order guide doesn't list colour restrictions for Texas or All Star editions. I worked thru (using a PC) configurator steps in default order, selecting a colour before selecting the package. It did not switch it back to white. Was able to jump back and change to other colours after -- and it didn't 'delete' the package.

It should prime by when start button is pushed, but foot not on brake. L5P supplement says let it prime (run the lift pump) for something like 30 seconds -- then try to start.

Currently they are the same. FWIW, most of the late model used ones from locations 'near' the border are being bought up by US side wholesalers. With current exchange rates, and the high market demand for trucks (on both sides) makes for trade-in values way above normal in this area.

The option code for steering wheel controls on a WT, Custom or Custom TB is UK3 It is Included and only available with (RGE) Safety Confidence Package. So if it is desired, it is available that way.

3.0 doesn't include or require the trailer brake, but the 3.0 could in a truck that has it included (or required) for another reason.

FWIW, an empty truck running the 6.6 dmax will get a lot more than 12 when running interstate.
