  1. For people seeing humidity inside the cab and windows make sure the AC button is on and adjust the temp where you want it this removes humidity inside the cab just like your house AC does. Alot of people see the AC button light is on and turn it off and that where the problem is. It's even the owners manual.
  2. Maybe you need to read your contract on warranty platinum coverage before you call your dealer scumbags cause you didn't get your way on your 1st post. It's a wear item. GM Platinum coverage does not cover the following: Batteries and cables: Batteries, battery cables, and battery harnesses Lenses, lights, and bulbs: Lenses, sealed beams, and light bulbs Key fobs and tire pressure sensors: Key fobs and tire pressure sensors Brake rotors and drums: Brake rotors and drums Exhaust components: All exhaust components, unless specifically listed as covered Trim items: Trim items Tires and wheels: Tires and wheels/rims Maintenance services: Routine maintenance services Modifications: Modifications to the frame, suspension, engine, transmission, or drive axle Odometer: If the odometer stops working or is altered after the contract is purchased Salvaged or rebuilt vehicles: If the vehicle has been salvaged, rebuilt, or is a gray market vehicle
  3. Probably around $2400 out the door price including 8 credits.
  4. Vehicles are not washed until delivery yes there getting dusty sitting on the lot but rain takes care of that nothing like driving down the road etc in bad weather, there's no way they wash 100+ vehicles sitting on the lots. My wife worked at a Chevrolet dealership for 15+ years.
  5. I didn't watch the whole video but it didn't mention the ground strap behind the right front fender liner that is a very common problem.
  6. Well I can relate to that, I don't remember what age I was but my mom and dad bought there first gas grill in the early 70s I think, I was helping my dad put it together while my dad was connecting the spark igniter I had the other end with the push button I didn't know what it was so I started pushing it several times man did the bad words come out his mouth my mom came outside to see what was going on, I do remember her turning around and laughing but not out loud.
  7. Wow that brought back memories as I did that and you could really tell the difference between a new 9v and almost dead 9v.
  8. Ford is having issues with the 10 speed also. My neighbor had a F-250 with the 10 speed after 2 transmissions replaced under warranty he had the problem again for the 3rd time and after getting it back he dumped it.
  9. I would test it by starting the truck and press the auxiliary light switch button on the left side dash, check your owners manual under "Auxiliary Roof-Mounted Lamp" for the location of the button cause it varies on the model and see if they come on.
  10. That wire harness above the headliner is not for cab lights it's for if you want to install emergency lights for a becon light for plowing etc. I bet if you turn the axillary light switch on the dash they come on if hooked up right.
  11. That's me, I'll tell ya like it is if they don't like it that's their problem.
  12. 100% agree, 2 years ago when my wife's dad passed away myself and her brother had to get her dad's house in shape to sell I was the same way you were body wise from my neck down to my feet hurt then stiff the next day from painting my neck and shoulders hurt the worst from using the rollers. The next day my knees and legs joined the pain from lower trim work. At 60 years old iam not built for this anymore. After 40 years of physical lifting, climbing body abuse etc work to my body it has caught up to me.
  13. On a GPS, ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) works by calculating the distance to your destination using satellite signals, then dividing that distance by your current speed, factoring in additional variables like traffic conditions, road types, and speed limits to provide an estimated time you will reach your destination; essentially, it's a prediction based on your current location, speed, and the planned route to your destination
  14. It has everything to do with speed on ETA.
  15. @newdude may be able to help you he works at a Chevrolet dealership.
  16. Compressed air in cylinder sparkplug hole using air nozzle with rubber tip easy with 2 people 1 person keeps cylinder pressured while other changes spring. Pressure in the cylinder keeps valve up and not dropping. Just make sure both exhaust and intake valves are closed before doing it.
  17. I wouldn't worry about it either but I would check all other bushings and rubber hoses due to the fact that coating could be attacking the rubber and degrading it.
  18. I agree with silveradosid 100% hackers can not hack into your truck your phone was hacked with a virus and when connected to the truck you spread the virus to the truck. The only way to remove the virus from the truck which your phone installed the virus is to completely wipe the computer in the truck and reinstall at your cost. If I were you I would completely remove the phone from the truck do a factory reset on your phone as it will return the phone back to the day like you bought the phone then add the phone back to the truck and see what happens. Again, the phone is the virus not the truck.
  19. I don't get it.
  20. OK did you get it free and able to spin it? Yeah don't take a chance spraying it on a hot exhaust.
  21. It probably stuck open I would spray it down with WD40 and try to spin it after It’s free you should be able to turn it with your fingers but it's defintely stuck.
  22. Being your still under warranty I would stick to the original AC oil filter which I did and still do even though iam out of warranty on my 2019 due to the fact if something would happen to the motor under warranty they can't blame it on the aftermarket oil filter. Also save your receipt and write the mileage on the receipt incase something would happen you have proof you changed the oil. Don't forget to reset the OLM.
  23. Difficult? No different then any other motor since the V8 was made. Iam done within 20-30 minutes and that's taking my time.
  24. Yes and those too.
