  3. Installed a Bully CR-007A Tail/Brake Light Hitch Cover, after I modified it to only be a Brake Light, like I had done with my '15. Unfortunately, I had to add a 12" 4-wire extension to reach the 4-pin socket. This little modification could have been as easy as just cutting the brown wire, but I wanted both elements in the bulb to light up when the brakes are applied. Took a little bit of work, but I was able to get it done. I'm going to rewrite the instructions and all in my photo album, soon.

  6. 15? Windshield Washer Relay? Don’t see HIGH Beams listed on this.
  7. Bought a new Tow Hitch Tail/Brake Light ($12), since my last one was busted up in the impound yard on my '15, mod'd it to only Brake Light, both tail & brake light elements light up when brake pedal is pressed.
  8. - Puddle Lights ON with interior lights (This is the MOD, the rest is how it's triggered.) --- Key removed from ignition --- Truck UNLOCKED --- Interior Lights set to ON --- Any door opened On my '15, if I would remove the key, the interior lights and puddle lights (with this mod) would come on. Unlock the truck, interior/puddle lights come on. Turn the interior lights ON, puddle lights come on too. Open any door, interior/puddle lights come on.
  9. My '15 Mod list was as follows: - AM/FM Antenna DELETE - ALL forward-facing white lights ON with HIGHs - ALL rear-facing white lights ON with Reverse - Puddle Lights ON with interior lights --- Key removed from ignition --- Truck UNLOCKED --- Interior Lights set to ON --- Any door opened - Phone Holder - on dash, left of steering wheel - Installed CB Radio & Scanner --- Center Console --- CB Antenna mounted on right forward stakehole - 2”x12” Cargo Management Divider in bed - Tow Hitch Tail/Brake Light --- Mod’d to Brake Light ONLY My '18 Mod list is (off to a slow start, but is) as follows: - AM/FM Antenna DELETE - ALL forward-facing white lights ON with HIGHs - ALL rear-facing white lights ON with Reverse Was about to do the Puddle lights ON with Doors open mod, but they already do that on their own.
  10. Bought my new '18, last month, they are still using plastic there. Guess what mod I'll be making soon? Going to find a better, not prone to rust solution.
  11. They found him/her. Was a bit of a P.I.T.A., no plates on the car, but they did have the dealership "plates" still on the car. Just waiting for the accident report to be finalized and publicized.
  12. WELL, since my '15 was totaled and I have purchased a new truck ('18 Silverado), I no longer need this phone holder, if anyone wants it. Also, I'm looking for a new way to hold my phone, since my new truck is 4WD and has the brake controller in that spot.
  13. My '15 would do that, then I bumped it into N, and it went away. After awhile, I didn't worry about it anymore, as I was told that they all have a rough idle, in gear. Haven't noticed it, yet, with my '18.

  15. @bigwaves My BAKFlip F1, on my 2015, could do that, was pretty light weight. Was lighter than the cover I had on my Ridgeline. I had to take them off plenty of times for parades and hauling big items, washer/dryer, water heater, furniture, etc.
  16. I've seen it, but the tires sat forever on a rack, waiting to be sold. Saw another set sit on a (squadron) vehicle, at work, back when I was still on active duty, and they did that. BUT those looked WAY worse than yours, spiderweb cracks on all four, inner/outer sidewalls. My commander pointed them out, had another sergeant follow me to the tire shop in Lancaster. Even those guys were shocked to see those tires, they were saying that they would have flat-bedded the car to their shop.
  17. Shove it a little deeper in.
  18. They may not have the '19s up yet.
  19. Somewhere in the first dozen or so pages of this thread, is the link to download the eBooklet(s) for these trucks.
  20. The fixed cup holder. In my ‘15, I was able to move the cup holder, so I could put my CB and scanner in the deep hole under it, the aft position.
  21. Where’d you get it? I don’t like the one that came in my ‘18, and plan on swapping it out for a ‘14-‘16.
  22. I've never removed mine. Even after the accident in July, they're still in the BCM. I had to go buy new ones for my new truck, putting them in this afternoon, after work and running a couple "quick" errands. I used my smallest jeweler's phillips screwdriver to make a little room along the pin (in the corner closest to the other pin), pushed the stripe end in first, then did the same with the other pin. Don't remember how deep the slots are, I didn't trim any of the leads on my last truck, you'll need the length if you do the cargo lights & reverse lights mod.
  23. Can you post a picture showing how it sits against the tailgate? I'm looking at getting one of these, or something very similar to it.
  24. I almost gave up when I first tried it. @pgamboa gave me some encouragement, I went out the next day a K.O.d it out. If you lived in my "neck of the woods," I'd do it for you, would only cost you an ice cold 20oz Mountain Dew.
