Honestly could probably push them out with your fingers from behind, I normally just bop them with a end of a screw driver. Then they just pop right into the rims, just push them in. Nothing really hard about it.
They are designed to be removed and pushed back on over and over again, they have to come out anytime you get new tires for the balance machine.
Almost all the center caps for the GM trucks rims that kinda look like this are all the same. The center bore size never changes because the rims still use the same bolt pattern and hub design, the caps can't be any larger or smaller based on that.
