Boy they are really giving you the shaft! :)

(Sorry, I couldn't help myself...)

You might try a wrecking yard. They probably will not have a new vehicle like yours, but they are pretty good at finding parts anywhere lately. Find one where all the guys have phones glued to their ears and are looking at computer monitors.

These guys are real good at finding parts which are the same for several different model years.

I'm in Oregon and have gone into one of these places, asked for a part, then they tap a few things into their computer and find a different year vehicle 2 states away with the part.

Go to Car-Part.com

They allow you to do a search of all areas for the specific part you need. I use it frequently, saves calling everywhere to find they do not have what I am after.

I bet the salvage yard will want at least $500 for it. We have a company around here that builds/rebuilds driveshafts. Much cheaper. They can cut off your old yokes, and just replace the pipe. And re-balance. I bet under $250. It's a heavy truck supply here.
