Props To N-fab

Last week while doing a oil change on my truck, I noticed some nasty paint chipping on my side steps. At first I kinda freaked out due to the fact that I had my side steps color matched with my truck. So I figured this was going to just be a huge PITA to get them repaired/repainted.... So I called up N-Fab direct figuring I'd have to take them off and ship them somewhere with out of pocket expense to me. But their customer service was absolutly first class! Very quick response with emails/phone calls and extremely friendly and helpful. I sent pictures to Brandon (warranty guy), and he called me up and said that it was a warranty issue. And you will recieve your NEW side steps in the mail, put your old ones in the box and send them back to us. When you get the new side steps call us and we will get you a shipping pick-up for the old ones. I was floored, I thought I would have to pull teeth to get something like this handled. N-Fab stands behind their products 110%, and now I do too! I was going to buy a pre-runner bar from a different company but now they have me as a life long customer! I just wanted to put this up to let people know that there are still GOOD companies out there that stand behind what they sell. Nowadays that is getting harder and harder to find.

good to know, Like you said it is hard to find that kind of customer service.

Also on the prerunner bars I use to have one and looked into alot of different ones. I know the n-fab one you have to drill holes in the front bumper chrome so it you remove it you will have holes. I went with a Hildebrandt light bar and it mounts up to the tow hook location and you still can mount the tow hooks so you don't loss them.

no problem! Besides the fact that a company backs their product they look great too! You will be very happy with them!

KUDOS for passing on the compliment. Too many folks are quick to complain, but I figure we need threads like this to find the good companies as well as weed out the bad ones.
