Random Misfire

I have a 05 HD2500 6.0 about 80000 mi, it runs rough at low rpm and have gotten #01 PO300 a couple of times now .cannot find vacumn leak ,but i think i hear one.Tried injector cleaner.Any ideas?

Take a long tube from a roll of gift wrapping paper...

 

Place one end to your ear, then point the other around the engine compartment and you should be able to locate the source of the noise.

I know it sounds stupid, but clean your MAF sensor and your throttle body, clear the SES and see if it comes back.

I seem to hear air coming from the radius of a tube on the right side,but there is no hole.Is it possible i can hear

the air going through it?

I cleaned the maf sesor,the code also had a number one before it.I replaced the coil on my #1 cylnder and that fixed it .Thanks
