Gm Buyback

Hi, i recently purchased a 2007 chevy avelanche that was a buyback, but it does have a clean title and it is not branded. I live in MN if that makes any differance. But i was wondering if i have to disclose that it is a buyback when i sell it?

GM may have fixed its issues before it went to auction. At least they tried to on my '06 after it was bought back. Run a CarFax on it yet?

They did fix the problem, and no i have not. Anyone able to do it for free?

No,You do not have to disclose it was a "buyback"

 

It will however show up on the GM-VIS report as being a buyback if anyone ever runs one.
