Trucks From My Past....

Just thought I'd share a few of the trucks I've had. The first one is my first truck a 93 GMC Sierra 1/2 ton. Man did I love that truck! When I threw a crank bearing in that one (should have just fixed it!) I bought the 2006 Dodge Dakota 4.7L TRX4. It was a decent truck but the suspension was terrible....and the last one is a truck I've had for a couple years. It's an 89 1/2 ton 4x4. Has 500k+ (odo doesn't work anymore!) still has lots of power and everything except the odo works . Love this truck. Only paid $500 and it will haul anything I tell it to and wont' skip a beat! Gotta love an old GM farm truck!

My list 82 GNC 2wd ( headers, cam heads, carb, then ditched the headers best thing we did.) 83 K2500, (glad it is gone.) 86 GMC cat back straight pipe, sounded and ran great with 700R4, and 88 GMC 2wd, loved that one too.

none of these are GM trucks...but what the hell i feel like posting pictures of my old trucks

 

1990 Toyota pickup w/ 4" lift and 33x12.50. had a lot of fun in this one.

 

1996 Toyota tacoma w/ 2" lift and 32x11.50

 

1993 Toyota pickup - 2" lift and 32x11.50 (can you detect a trend...yeah i was a toyota guy. don't judge me.)

 

2003 Dodge Ram - stock. obviously my '69 mustang was the focal point of this picture, i didn't own the dodge long enough to take any good pictures of it.

For what its worth, something like this is going to be my next project (i'm just waiting for my buddy to convince his grandmom to give the jeep to me... it hasn't moved in probably 10 years)

I don't know what it is about the wagoneers, but i've always wanted one with a little lift and 33-35s... Hoping I get the one my friends gmom has, that'll be a fun project for years to come (and something I can teach my son to wrench on... lol and no, he's not even born yet)

Yeah thats cool, i like those. today i say a jeep like that with 35s and just a little lift. it look really mean because of how low it was with the big tires
