How Do You Sleep In Your Nnbs Ec?

I'll be sleeping in my truck tomorrow, and was wondring how anyone else has done it. It might be quite a trick to get into the EC, close the EC door, then the front door. Tie a string to it?

I'd make a nice comfortable bed under the stars in that nice long bed you got. Some foam padding (maybe a sheet of plywood first) and a big sleeping bag and pillows from home. Or are ya gonna be in the middle of town? Skeeters aren't a problem I wouldn't think. Shoulda got a camper shell or one of those "tents" that pitch in the bed. I sure couldn't get comfortable in the cab. Good luck!

I normally sleep in the house or hotel room next to it. If I had to sleep in it, I would recline the passenger seat back and stretch out in it.

Yeah, I'll be parked either in the middle of town, or on a college campus in a parking lot that's traveled by the drunken kids after the strip closes down. I'd prefer to be in-cab because of that. I might just do the pax seat. That's what I did in the GTO last year and my Bonnie all years prior. I just just saw that bench back there, and wondered if anyone was able to get comfortable back there.

 

In case you're wondering, I'm cooking in a BBQ contest, and will be up cooking/partying all night, and will be too tired to drive to a hotel just to get two or three hours sleep.

I figured...good luck with the BBQ. Prolly 4 extra beers will help the cab comfort factor.....but hide the keys so the cops don't accuse you of planning to drive.....

I'd try laying on the bench with a pillow and see if it's comfortable. I don't think it would be too bad for a few hours.
