General Question On Sierra 1500 And Chevy 1500

Hey guys, right now looking at a fully loaded extended cab chevy LTZ which I got to 33,000 + TTL from 39050. Is this a good price? I built a GMC sierra online with equal options and it priced out to 34,050, so it seems like $33,000 is at best an okay deal for the Chevy LTZ. Any help or input on what you guys have managed to get down to or where to look as far as good dealers go would be great. I am located in Minnesota.

At the end of May I got my 2009 GMC All Terrain down to $29,105 from an MSRP of $41,260. That's $8,055 in rebate & incentives + $4,100 trade in value.
