Probably has to be a local buyer, not sure if it will fit strapped to a pallet anyway Also will only fit trucks with a 3" BL (suspension lifts won;t make a difference at all).

Original DOM tubing cost approx $300+

Labor 100+ hrs $2,000+

LineX with Extra $400+

DOM tubing sizes used 1 3/4" .095 wall, 1 3/8" .095 wall", 1" .120 wall".

Weighs around 70lbs.

Uses eight 3/8" bolts that bolt into the custom fabbed, threaded 1/2" plate boxes inside the frame rails.(see below)

Steel boxes which slide into and bolt into the frame rails using the tow hook pre-drilled holes are the only thing you'll have to have fabricated, as I am keeping them

Taking into acount off the shelf, generic, flimsy GG's cost as much as $600+

Starting price $1,250 picked up for a one-off design you'll never see anywhere.

wish i lived close to you and id seriously think about it. but including shipping costs to louisiana it would be too expensive for me right now.

thats really cool! its obvious you put a lot of time and effort into this... I wish I lived closer, as I'm sure the freight charges would be outrageous (unless you can load it onto a Greyhound bus!!).

Have you thought about selling the design for it?

Free bump for ya!

Thanks, nah, selling the design sounds like too much trouble, plus I'm sure someone could just copy it for free.

I imagine freight wouldn't be too crazy, it only weighs 70lbs. I should look into what freight would be on it, it's just cumbersome size wise.

Because I am going with the smaller, compact pre-runner style lightbar you see in my sig that I designed and fabricated.

It takes up a lot of room in my garage, so I figured I'd let someone else enjoy it.

Yeah, I dont think its going to be the weight, but the boxed size that will up the price of shipping. If you get a quote to 72120, let me know...I'm very interested. Another option (though not sure if this still works) is to load whatever you're shipping onto a Greyhound bus and have your buyer pick it up at the terminal. We use to use that service to get parts "overnighted" between cities. Just a thought....

I will get a price if you're really interested. It won;t have to be boxed, it's LineX'd and had been outdoors for over a year and still looks new. It would have to be tied to a pallet I would think, then shrink wrapped which I can do.

Time for a bump, want this out of my garage, need to move my car in there to work on.

I'm sure it could be strapped to a pallet, but I'd rather someone just pick it up.

Umberto....Although its some months away (Aug. 6-8) something to think about is if your planning on going to Carlisle again this year for the All Truck Nationals you could deliver it there for anyone interested

Good point, thanks. But I would hate bringing it with me if the person didn't show.

BUMP.

Price drop to $900. Will consider reasonable offers, lowballers wil be frowned upon.

For out of state interest, look into freight shipping, can't see this being too pricey to ship sicne it only weighs around 70lbs. The size is awkward, and just a few inches over the maximum allowable combined size for FedEx and UPS ground.
