Tires And Razors!

Recommended Posts

So 2 years ago I was out on my bike (with 3 week old tires) and I picked up a razor blade in the rear. % plugs and 2 cans of fix of flat got me home. Fast forward 2 years...(it was October it happened on the bike) the wife and I go out for dinner last night. I say I hear a funny noise coming from the rear tire then it went away. Park, eat dinner, start the truck to drive home and the DIC is saying left rear low pressure. Check out the tir and yes it has a razor in it. Is this a common way to get a flat? I mean what are the odds?

Anyone out there with a stock 20"LS2 they want to sell let me know.

That is odd Brain. You're right, what are the chances.

All the flats/air leaks we've had with vehicles have been nails or screws stuck in the tire.
