Where To Find Replacement Chrome Door Molding Inserts?

My mother in law has a 2003 Tahoe. The chrome inserts in the door moldings are looking bad. The truck looks new except for the chrome inserts. She wants them replaced. Are the inserts available or do I have to replace the entire door moulding?

i will never buy anything except cleaning products at pepboys but i know they usually have all the chrome crap there
