How Many Grease Fittings?

I have a 2007 NBS Chevy 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive W/5.3l engine. My Q is, how many grease fittings do I have? I found 2 of them.

some newer parts such as ball joints and other front end parts arent coming with zerk fittings. They say its greased for the life of the part.

 

Whenever I get aftermarket I make sure I get a part with a zerk on it.

 

Just crawl under there and grease what you see.

Yeah at most you have 6....upper and lower balljoints and outer tierod ends. There are for sure none in your U-Joints

That's all there are on GMT900 trucks that I have seen.

Some of the newer gm trucks only have grease fittings on the outer tie rod ends. For some reason gm quit putting them on the ball joints on some of the newer trucks. I don't like non greaseable joints/tie rod ends becuase they wear faster than greaseable parts.
